 If you live a modern-day life with regular stressors consisting of the pandemic, work, family, etc. …you are most likely deficient in magnesium!

 The reason being is the modern world is stressful, stress depletes magnesium which is unfortunate because during stress magnesium is what we need the most since it's got that calming "chill pill" effect...

 Here is how this works: magnesium soothes and calms your nervous system, and helps with sleep. It also decreases inflammation and helps get rid of those dreadful PMS symptoms. 

 There are two ways of replenishing your magnesium levels - through food and supplements.

 We absorb magnesium through food, next time you go grocery shopping add these to your cart:

  • Dark leafy vegetables
  • Avocado
  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Dark chocolate
  • Whole grains
  • Legumes

Often, food is not enough so you might need to supplement. I recommend a dose of 300-600 milligrams daily, the ones I recommend are either magnesium bis-glycinate or magnesium citrate if you suffer from constipation.
